About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring a Welder to work for a well-established manufacturer in Dallas, NC.
Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring a Welder to work for a well-established manufacturer in Dallas, NC.
Pay: $20.00/hour and up, depending on experience.
Hours: 1st Shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) (Monday through Friday)
PSU Benefits: Paid Weekly, Health Insurance, Holiday Pay, Bonuses
Responsibilities Include:
As a Welder, you will perform a variety of welding duties to support metal fabrication and production operations.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals per job specifications
• Operate robotic welding equipment (Gen 3 robot welder)
• Train to program robotic welding machines
• Follow blueprints, work orders, and welding symbols accurately
• Inspect welds and finished parts for quality assurance
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow company safety policies and procedures

• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous MIG, TIG, or robotic welding experience preferred
• Willingness to train on robotic programming
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools
• Able to lift 30 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Must be dependable and work well with minimal supervision
• High School Diploma or GED
