Job Title: Set-Up Machine Mechanic - $23 - $24/hr. – Gastonia, NC
Looking for a long-term career opportunity? We’re hiring a (1st Shift) Set-Up Machine Mechanic for a manufacturing company in Gastonia, NC.
What You’ll Do:
- Set up, maintain, and operate automatic industrial machines.
- Trouble-shoot machines in the event of a malfunction
- Check weights and quantities of raw material before running machines.
- Perform ongoing quality standards to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Train and work with machine operators.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Understand all shop orders' paperwork and blueprints.
- High mechanical aptitude is required.
- Able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment.
