Job Title: Quality Systems Coordinator

Personnel Services Unlimited is directly hiring for a manufacturer in Grover, NC, who needs a Quality Systems Coordinator.

 Salary:  $45,000.00 - $50,000.00/yr.

 Location: Grover, NC

Job Type:  Direct Hire | Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• Handle consumer complaints from various sources, investigate issues, and process reimbursements.
• Ensure completeness of batch records and collaborate with staff for corrections.
• Collect and analyze production and product analysis data.
• Manage quality metrics data, including non-conformances, production downtime, and stability test results.
• Investigate material, product, and process nonconformance issues.
• Monitor humidity and ambient conditions
• Coordinate document preparation with internal teams and suppliers.
• Index and audit SDS books for updates.
• Assist with material reconciliation and sourcing.
• Support personnel training and periodic audits.
• Assist with FDA inspections and document control.

 Required Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Proficient Typing Skills
• Familiarity with Federal, State, and Local Regulations.

Preferred Skills:

• Adobe Pro
• Salesforce
