About the Client:
Personnel Services Unlimited seeks an Order Processor/Customer Service for a “Direct-Hire” position! Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor in Dallas, NC.
Salary is $50,000.00/year.
About the Role:
The Order Processor collaborates with our team to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products to our top clients. This role involves coordinating with management and warehouse staff and inventory planning.
The ideal candidate possesses knowledge of transportation logistics, including modern technological advancements, and a background in customer service administration. Seeking a hands-on individual capable of managing day-to-day customer service responsibilities.
Responsibilities Include:
- Process customer orders using internal systems (Microsoft Nav Dynamics).
- Work with the Customer Service Manager to ensure orders are promptly shipped to meet customer requirements.
- Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery as per customer requests.
- Assist the Customer Service Manager in maintaining a tracking system.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience
- Bachelor’s degree in logistics, business, or equivalent experience; logistics certification preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility and willingness to handle tasks as needed.
