About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking Clerical/Office Workers for a short-term assignment with a local government agency in Rutherfordton, NC. In this role, you’ll support the Emergency Energy Assistance Program by conducting interviews and determining eligibility for assistance.
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking Clerical/Office Workers for a short-term assignment with a local government agency in Rutherfordton, NC. In this role, you’ll support the Emergency Energy Assistance Program by conducting interviews and determining eligibility for assistance.
Pay: is $15.90/HR
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with applicants to determine eligibility for energy assistance.
- Collect and verify documentation, including financial records and energy bills.
- Maintain records and make necessary updates in the system.
- Provide clients with information about program requirements and alternative assistance options.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of Customer Service experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with a diverse range of people.
