Job Description
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote + Onsite)
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Create job postings and manage full-cycle recruiting
- Source, screen, interview, and coordinate next steps with hiring leaders
- Conduct reference and background checks
- Attend job fairs, community events, college visits, and workforce programs
- Build strong pipelines through community outreach and networking
- Maintain communication with candidates and manage referrals

- Recruiting or talent acquisition experience (required)
- HR background preferred
