Job Description

Talent Acquisition Recruiter – Contract (Hybrid)
 
Status:  Contract W2 employee
Pay Range:  $25–$30/hour 
Work Arrangement:  Hybrid (Remote + Onsite)
Hours:   20–30 hours/week  for the first six months; increasing in June
 
Our client is seeking a Contract Talent Acquisition Recruiter to support hiring needs across corporate, technical, production, and administrative roles. This position focuses on sourcing talent, partnering with hiring managers, and creating a positive candidate experience.
 
What You’ll Do
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Create job postings and manage full-cycle recruiting
  • Source, screen, interview, and coordinate next steps with hiring leaders
  • Conduct reference and background checks
  • Attend job fairs, community events, college visits, and workforce programs
  • Build strong pipelines through community outreach and networking
  • Maintain communication with candidates and manage referrals
