Members Services Representative
Job Description
Personnel Services Unlimited is recruiting a full-time Customer Service Representative for our client.
- Answer incoming phone calls and provide friendly, professional assistance to members.
- Register and transfer members in the system with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Respond to and resolve member support tickets in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records and complete data entry in Excel.
- Collaborate with team members, using Microsoft Teams as needed (training provided).
- Deliver excellent customer service with a genuine desire to help members.
- College coursework or related work experience in customer service, membership services, or similar field preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Teams, and Excel
- Strong phone etiquette and clear communication skills.
- Quick learner with strong critical-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Prior customer service or administrative experience preferred.
