- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Real estate or real estate marketing experience is helpful

Marsha is the Shelby office Service Manager who oversees daily recruiting and staffing operations.
In 1996, she came to Personnel Services Unlimited seeking temporary employment. After completing several assignments, she joined the PSU Staffing team and found her dream job helping others, just like her, find great jobs and meaningful careers. Marsha has her CTS certification from the National Association of Personnel Consultants.
With 25 years of experience, knowledge, and passion, Marsha achieves our clients’ staffing goals by consistently matching the right candidate to the right job.
When not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, her two puppies ( Abby and Oscar), her cat (Gerald), and working in her garden.
