Job Description
About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring Manufacturing & Shipping Associates to join a manufacturing team in Forest City, NC. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential for dependable and motivated individuals.
Pay: $16.00/HR
- 1st Shift Hours [ 8 am -4 pm, Monday – Friday]
- Benefits: Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Weekly Pay, Referral Bonuses.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare materials for processing in the lamination and roll-up department.
- Operate manufacturing assembly machines for trimming laminate.
- Manage the shipment of all products, materials, and supplies
- Pre-inspect materials for defects or quality issues
- Fill and complete orders in an accurate and timely manner
- Operate a forklift to move and stage materials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Must-Have: **Clean Background to be considered**
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver’s license
- Experience working with manufacturing assembly machines
- Forklift experience
- Shipping/Receiving experience – RFID Scanners
- Basic math and measuring skills
