Production Associate | Printer Operator
Location: Shelby, NC
Pay: $19/hr+ (based on experience)

Personnel Services Unlimited (PSU) is hiring a Production Associate | Printer Operator for a growing, well-established graphics and production company. In this hands-on role, you’ll jump into daily printing, finishing, and production tasks in a fast-paced environment where every day brings fresh projects, new challenges, and opportunities to build your skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate digital printers, laminators, and plotters
- Load media, inks, and materials
- Print, mount, trim, and finish graphics and signage
- Mask, weed, and apply vinyl to various substrates
- Assist with packaging and shipping orders
- Maintain inventory and keep work areas clean
- Perform basic equipment maintenance
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn production equipment and software
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and technical skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. and stand for long periods
- High school diploma and a valid driver’s license required
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Overtime may be required based on production needs.
