Job Description
About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring Manufacturing Workers! This 12 Hour Shift (7PM -7AM), offers full-time, long-term opportunity that can lead to permanent hire.
- Located in Rutherfordton, NC.
- The pay is $19.55/HR.
- Benefits: Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, Weekly Pay, Referral Bonuses.
Responsibilities Include:
- Will use various manufacturing equipment such as forklifts, hand tools, presses, and machines.
- Will need to operate and monitor machine variables.
- Perform QC inspections, track defects, and ensure adherence to Acceptance Criteria.
- Follow supervisor instructions and complete required paperwork.
- Complete routine operations, including chemical handling, roll flagging, and equipment cleaning.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Able to read and interpret instructions and specifications.
- Able to lift and push up to 35 lbs.
- Previous manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Able to perform various physical movements like standing, stooping, kneeling, bending, grasping, and gripping.
- Qualify pre-employment drug screen and background check.
