About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician for our Kings Mountain, NC, manufacturing facility client. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity available on the 2nd shift.
Responsibilities:
- Performs tasks on mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Operates and repaires welding equipment including, but not limited to, MIG, TIG arc, and acetylene.
- Instal piping systems for various process needs
- Fabricate from blueprints, written and/or verbal directions.
- Perform maintenance on air compressors, chillers, and other plant equipment.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with general maintenance shop equipment, including hand and power tools.
- Forklift experience
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools, such as calipers, weld scope, oscilloscope, volt OHM meter, and digital multimeter.
