About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking candidates for a Molding Machine Operator opening in Shelby, NC!
This 2nd shift, full-time, long-term opportunity can lead to permanent hire.
- Pay: $12.50/HR
- Hours: 3 PM to 11 PM, Monday to Friday
- Benefits: PSU offers Health Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Bonuses.
Responsibilities include:
- Operate molding machines and ensure production quality.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
- Inspect products to meet quality standards.
- Adjust machine settings for optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Molding Machine Operator is preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- High School Diploma or GED.
