About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for a Direct-Hire position! Our client is a global manufacturer and distributor in Dallas, NC.
Salary is $48,000.00/year.
Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare, schedule, and monitor the shipment of customer orders.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure timely pickup and departure of shipments.
- Collaborate with Customer Service Manager to meet confirmed delivery dates for customer orders.
- Generate necessary shipping documents such as bill of lading and commercial invoices.
- Record and document all outgoing shipments and discrepancies as needed.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- 1-2 years of logistics and customer service experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service skills
- Able to pay attention to details, be highly organized, and work independently and as part of a team.
