Assembler – Forest City, NC
$16.00/hour | Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
About the Role
We’re hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Forest City, NC. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Pay of $16.00/HR.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mechanical assembly and be comfortable working with hand and power tools in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities Include
Assemble metal components using tools, fixtures, and machinery
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout the process
Operate power tools, hoists, and pneumatic equipment safely
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Job Skills and Requirements
1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to read measurements, use hand tools, and follow instructions
Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong attention to detail and team mindset
