About this Role:

Pay:

• $19/hr. or more based on experience
• Overtime Pay

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Overtime may be required based on production needs

Responsibilities Included:

• Load and operate cold pressure laminating equipment following safety procedures.
• Load and cut vinyl on a graphic plotter.
• Load media, inks, and generate quality prints from digital print equipment.
• Move raw materials, sheets, and roll goods for manufacturing.
• Maintain machinery in good working order.
• Keep track of stock and supplies.
• Keep workspaces clean, organized, and professional.
• Mask, weed, and apply vinyl to various substrates.
• Print, mount, trim, and finish digital graphics and signage.
• Assist with packaging and shipping orders.
• Use an X-Acto knife and tape measure efficiently.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to learn production equipment and software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical literacy with email, Microsoft Office, and design software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented, focused, and calm under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and desire to succeed.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to retrieve materials from upper shelves.
• Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
• Must be able to stand on concrete floors for extended periods.
