- Pay: $20.00/HR
- Shift : Monday- Friday, 8 AM -5 PM

About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited (PSU) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional support to internal and external customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and processing orders for a local Kings Mountain, NC manufacturing client.
What You’ll Do:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries about orders, products, and pricing.
- Process orders, returns, and credits per company policies.
- Resolve billing disputes in partnership with accounts receivable.
- Provide feedback on customer concerns and service challenges.
- Maintain accurate customer records and files.
- Partner with the sales team to deliver top-tier customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and forward technical issues to the appropriate department..
- Support team members during high workloads or absences.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent grammar.
- Familiarity with SAP (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong problem-solving, time management, and teamwork skills.
