Customer Service Representative - $19.50/hr - Shelby, NC
Job Description
- Pay is $19.50/HR
- Respond to client inquiries via phone or email promptly and maintain positive client relationships.
- Document client interactions, resolve disputes, and research account issues.
- Collaborate with Data, Implementation, and Finance Teams; submit change requests to relevant departments.
- Clearly explain responses to client questions, recommend new products/services, and suggest improvements.
- Demonstrate programs to clients, train them on platform usage, and participate in organizational training opportunities.
- High school diploma or GED.
- 5+ years of client service experience or business office experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a positive attitude.
- Customer service (phone and in person).
- Time management and multitasking.
- Decision-making and ethical conduct.
- Creativity and professionalism.
- Team collaboration and reliability.
