About:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a highly flexible and skilled Customer Service & Planning Specialist for a local Spindale, NC, manufacturer.
This is a full-time, short-term position to cover maternity leave, with the potential to become a permanent full-time role.
Pay is $17.00/ HR.
Responsibilities Include:
This role is essential to daily operations and requires strong computer skills and a high level of proficiency with spreadsheets.
- Customer Service & Coordination:
- Handle customer interactions beyond standard phone and email support.
- Print and manage sales orders, work orders, and invoices.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Follow up on parts to ensure timely delivery and availability.
- Production Support:
- Collaborate closely with Supervisors and Material Handlers.
- Ensure production runs the correct orders by maintaining clear communication.
- Support the production team by providing necessary documentation and updates.
Job Skills and Requirments:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet applications.
- Exceptional flexibility and adaptability to handle a variety of tasks.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and customers.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in a customer service or planning role is a plus.
