Job Title:  Call Center Supervisor

Location:  Shelby, NC

Reports to: Client Service Manager

Salary:  $50,000.00- $52,000.00/ year

Hours:  Monday – Friday, 8 am to 5 pm


Personnel Services Unlimited is recruiting a Call Center Supervisor for our client who is a local employee engagement company.

Position Summary:

The Call Center Supervisor is responsible for providing guidance and leadership to the Employee concierge team to achieve team goals and objectives. This role involves supporting managers and clients and ensuring efficient organization and communication within the call center.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Set targets and goals for individuals and teams.
  • Address staff queries, and provide timely feedback and support.
  • Assist in new employees' onboarding and training
  • Report problems and issues to upper management.
  • Provide updates on incoming call center representatives' progress to management.
  • Conduct audits of incoming calls for accuracy and professionalism.
  • Analyze and prepare department data for upper management reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and call attendance procedures.
  • Drive continuous service and quality improvement.
  • Identify and implement process changes.
  • Evaluate staff performance and assist in performance evaluations
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and motivate the team.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position involves supervisory responsibilities.


  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 3-5 years of previous supervisory, sales support, or marketing experience preferred.


  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Efficient time management and decision-making abilities.
  • Ethical conduct and professionalism.
