 Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring a CNC Hob Operator for our manufacturing client, producing motion and control systems.

Job Summary:  We seek a skilled and dedicated individual to join our client's team as a CNC HOB Operator. Your primary responsibility will be operating the CNC Hob, Shaper, and Broach machines to produce quality gear parts according to specifications.

Essential Functions:

• Set up CNC Hob, Shaper, and Broach machines according to the provided dimensions.
• Monitor tooling and machine performance, making adjustments as needed.
• Run initial pieces and perform quality checks for adherence to specifications.
• Audit parts at controlled, planned intervals to ensure compliance.
• Use gauges and inspection tools to maintain quality standard
• Troubleshoot and address issues causing rejected parts
• Record production data accurately and maintain documentation
• Follow safety protocols and best practices for manufacturing
• Assist in cross-training and supporting colleagues.
• Participate in Lean Activities, like 5S Kaizen and Setup Reductions.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, temp-to-perm position.
• 2^nd Shift: 2 pm – 10 pm, with overtime available
