Job Description
About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a CAD Designer for a full-time position with a local Shelby, NC company.
This role involves creating and modifying CAD designs, drafting schematics, and utilizing AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality technical drawings. It is for the first shift, working Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM—4:30 PM.
Pay: $24.00 - $25.00 per hour, depending on experience.

Responsibilities include:
- Create and modify CAD designs based on project requirements.
- Develop detailed drafting and schematics for engineering and design projects.
- Utilize AutoCAD to produce accurate technical drawings and plans.
- Use Revit for BIM (Building Information Modeling) projects, as needed.
- Ensure all designs adhere to company and industry standards.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other team members to ensure design accuracy and feasibility.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in CAD design.
- Proven experience with drafting and creating schematics.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
- Experience with Revit is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
