About the Role
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to support a growing organization focused on operational excellence. This role is ideal for a professional who excels at analyzing workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective process improvements. The Business Process Analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance productivity, streamline operations, and ensure sustainable business practices.
Responsibilities Include:
- Conduct process mapping and lead process improvement initiatives across departments.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, workflows, and training materials.
- Facilitate process improvement workshops with cross-functional teams.
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Create, present, and implement process optimization recommendations.
- Support and guide stakeholders during process changes and transitions.
- Stay informed on best practices in business process management and continuous improvement.
- Communicate process updates, metrics, and results to key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across departments to ensure successful adoption of process improvements.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in business process analysis or a related field.
- Experience in a manufacturing or service-oriented industry preferred.
- Certification in Six Sigma or Lean highly desired.
- Proficiency with process improvement software such as Process Street or ProcessMaker.
- Experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
- Knowledge of data analysis tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
