Job Title: Bookkeeper
Personnel Services Unlimited is now hiring a Bookkeeper for a local Financial CPA office in Shelby, NC.
Pay & Benefits: $40K- $45K / year
- Pay will be based on experience.
- Benefits: (Health, Life Insurance)
- Paid Weekly, Holiday Pay, Referral Bonuses
Location: Shelby, NC
Work Schedule:
- Monday- Friday
- 9 am- 5 pm
- Full-Time \ Temp-to-Hire
Qualifications for Bookkeeper:
- QuickBooks experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience is needed.
- Bank reconciliation experience.
- Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Well organized with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
In This Position, you will Perform the following:
- Basic to Intermediate Bookkeeping and Accounting functions for several clients using QuickBooks.
- Some tasks will require using Thomson Reuters accounting software.
- Daily functions will include Bank reconciliations, General ledger reconciliations, Fixed asset accounting, and Budget report creation.
