Job Description
About the Role:
Personnel Services is seeking candidates for a Textile Warping Machine Operator opening!
This Second shift (2 PM – 10 PM), full-time, long-term opportunity can lead to permanent hire.
- Location: Cherryville, NC.
- Pay is $16.00/HR
- Hours: Will train on the 1st shift, then transition to the 2nd shift.
Responsibilities Include:
- Setup and Operate Beaming Warping machine by loading warp yarns.
- Thread and tie warp yarns correctly.
- Monitor machine performance.
- Inspect and troubleshoot thread and machine for problems with quality.
- Maintain and clean beaming machine
Job Skills and Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous textile machinery experience.
- Good hand dexterity and coordination.
- Basic computer skills
- Physical able to lift, move and position yarns, material and equipment. Up to 50lbs
- Qualify a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
