About the Role
We’re hiring Assemblers for a manufacturing facility in Forest City, NC. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.

Pay of $16.00/HR.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mechanical assembly and be comfortable working with hand and power tools in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities Include
- Assemble metal components using tools, fixtures, and machinery
- Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy throughout the process
- Operate power tools, hoists, and pneumatic equipment safely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Job Skills and Requirements
- 1–2 years of assembly or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to read measurements, use hand tools, and follow instructions
- Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong attention to detail and team mindset
