Job Description
About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is hiring Assembly Operators to work for our client, a global manufacturer located in Rutherfordton, NC. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity.
Pay: $17.00 /HR
Shift: 1st shift | Monday - Friday
PSU Benefits: Paid Weekly, Health Insurance, Holiday & Vacation Pay, Referral Bonuses
Responsibilities Include:
- Assemble, inspect, laser-mark, and package products using work instructions and blueprints.
- Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment while maintaining quality standards and completing documentation.
- Collaborate and rotate among tasks to meet production goals and support continuous improvement.
- Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and use required PPE.
Job Requirements:
- Hold a High School Diploma / GED
- Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
- Maintain a clean, neat appearance and follow all safety and PPE guidelines, including restrictions on clothing, jewelry, or hairstyles that may pose safety risks.
Job Skills:
- Read and interpret Blueprints.
- Use basic computer applications.
- Troubleshoot simple Mechanical issues.
- Apply prior assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
