About the Role:

We’re hiring a Client Relationship Manager for a national company based in Shelby, NC. 
This in-office role focuses on managing long-term relationships with high-value clients, ensuring their needs are met, and driving strategic growth. Ideal for a polished professional with strong interpersonal skills, account management experience, and the ability to manage multiple projects.
 
Pay & Benefits:
  • $50,000/year base salary (~$24.04/hour)
  • Addition commission based on performance
  • Full-time, with growth potential
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Drive account growth through strategic planning and solution development
  • Assess and address client needs proactively
  • Provide regular progress reports to clients and leadership
  • Stay current on industry trends and technologies
Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in client management, sales, or business development
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience preferred
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Travel up to 30% required
