I.T. Software QA Analyst

Personnel Services Unlimited Staffing is recruiting I.T. Software Quality Assurance Analyst for a valued client in Shelby, NC.

Salary:     $50,000.00 - $52,000.00/year

The I.T. Software QA Analyst- will support the development team by verifying and testing all Windows and web-based software before release.

To be successful:

• You should possess a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Have experience with software testing tools, test automation frameworks, and scripting languages

• Possess excellent communication skills. As the T. Quality Assurance Analyst, you will collaborate with various project managers, business analysts, software developers, and end-users.

 Job Type:     Full-Time | Direct Hire

 Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years related Q.A. testing of software development experience.

 Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute test plans and test cases that accurately and thoroughly cover all aspects of the software product or application.
2. Identify, document, and report software defects and issues found during testing.
3. Collaborate with software developers to ensure defects are resolved and that software meets business and user requirements.
4. Participate in the development and maintenance of automated testing frameworks and test scripts.
5. Monitor and report on testing progress, test results, and defect resolution status.
6. Participate in code reviews.
7. Keep up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and technologies related to software testing and quality assurance.
