Retail Associate / (Warehouse Stocking-Heavy Lifting) - Shelby, NC
 
About this Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking a motivated Retail Associate/Warehouse Stocker for our client in Shelby, NC. 
  • Pay: $16.50
  • Job Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire
  • Schedule:  Monday to Thursday / (Four) 10-hour Shifts
Responsibilities Include:
  • Provide Retail Customer Service, including operating the cash register.
  • Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or in-store pickup.
  • Operate forklifts and order pickers; assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control.
  • Maintain warehouse and store cleanliness, including product stocking and display upkeep.
Job Skills and Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse, retail, or distribution setting preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and basic computer knowledge.
Education & Experience:
  • High School Diploma or (GED) required
  • Previous experience with forklift operation and/or point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.
  • Valid driver’s license

Marsha has her CTS certification from the National Association of Personnel Consultants.
