About the Client:
Our client is an industrial distribution warehouse located in Shelby, NC.
About the Role:
Personnel Services Unlimited is seeking candidates for a (Warehouse) Customer Service Representative opening! This temp-to-hire position offers 1st shift, full-time hours with permanent hire opportunities. Pay is $17.00/hr. DOE
Responsibilities Include:
- Processing orders received by mail, phone, fax, or e-mail
- Offer assistance and provide relevant information to address inquiries, concerns, and requests about an order or product.
- Process payment and Organize shipments.
- Coordinate with production management for product delivery.
Job Skills and Requirements:
- Experienced and Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to maintain a high volume of e-mails and phone calls.
- 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Experience with shipping, logistics, and coordinating with customers to set up shipments.
